Meeting Location Committee Responsibilities:
1) Visit potential meeting establishments to determine
their interest in providing a weekly meeting place and associated
meals;
2) Contact club members to determine their views
on meeting location, day of the week, time, and approximate meal
cost.
3) Report progress at club meetings and make a recommendation
at the organizational meeting for the weekly meeting location,
day of the week, and time along with the approximate cost of the
meal.
4) Weekly meeting sare recommended.
