Nominating Committee Responsibilities:

1) Contact every member and interested person over the next week to determine their interest in being an Officer or Director for the positions shown above and make recommendations to the club at the organizational meeting.

2) Report progress at club pre-organizational meetings;

3) Lead effort to invite members for filling committee assignments (Recommend service committees consist of a minimum of 3 members).

4) Nominate only one person per position.

Note: Serving on the committee does not restrict a committee member from being nominated by the nominating committee for an officer or a director position.
