Notes:
1. The order of scheduling meeting curriculum topics may be altered as club meeting circumstances dictate.
2. A Kiwanis Roundtable will be held when a meeting coincides with a holiday. The NCB or Lt. Governor advises the President to schedule a roundtable; Club Secretary provides club sign-in sheet at the weekly meeting location for members to receive attendance credit. A club Officer should be present for duration of the roundtable usually about 30 minutes. Committee meetings may be held to take advantage of the time available.
3. The club begins its regularly scheduled programs in accordance with its newly devised operating plan.
4. The Vice President or designated Program Chair develops the monthly Program schedule at least one-month in advance to allow adequate planning by members and guest speakers.
5. Do not change PO meeting numbers. If changes are made,
please designate meeting additions as a letter to the number scheduled
for that week and so on. For example, if a roundtable is scheduled
for the 10 week, designate this new meeting as PO #10a.
