NEW CLUB CHARTERED: The Kiwanis Club of South Cumberland held their charter night on Monday, February 26 in Monteagle with K-T District Gov Al Porell helping in the induction services. We had three members to attend. Our club is helping the South Cumberland club by collecting socks for school children in Grundy County school system. If you have any to donate, please give to Bob or Darrell; they can deliver to them at a future club meeting. Bob Brinkmann received a ruby K for inducting 5 new members and a letter and pen, pencil and letter opener set from immediate past Intl President Steve Siemens for his work in getting the club chartered. Bob also received a certificate of appreciation for helping the club get organized, as did Darrell.
