The Kentucky-Tennessee Kiwanis 2004 Mid-Year Conference was held in Lexington, KY. It was an opportunity to study the issues and make decisions. Here Governor Wayne Sullivan makes a presentation on the Annual Dues Proposal.

All of that training doesn't just happen. Here Al Porell trains the trainers.

One of the major boards to meet at the conference was the District Foundation. The K-T Foundation board approved 15 scholarship recipients. One of the fund raising activites of the K-T Foundation is the Convention Kiwanis Store.
