The Tullahoma Kiwanis Club lost one of his oldest and most dedicated members last week.
 
Lowell Shallenberg was born on  February 4, 1918. He was president of the Kiwanis Club of Tullahoma both in 1966 and again in 1991/1992. He was Lt. Governor of the old 1E division in 1971/1972 and he is the only Tullahoma Kiwanian who was Governor of the district in 1980/1981.
 
Lowell passed away on November 18, 2006; and he will be missed by family, friends and his club.
