1. Membership Goal
(Based on October 1, 2007 Membership of 6000)
Clubs Add 7 New Clubs 180+ Clubs
Membership Retention Retain at least 87% 5200+ Members
Membership Recruting Recruit at least 15% 600+ Members
Membership Replacement Replace at least 13% 600_ Members
Total District Membership Goal - 6600+Net Gain 600+

2. Service Hours Increase by 10% over the 2006-07 Achievement

3. Service Leadership Organizations Increase
a. Add 3 new Circle K Clubs
b. Add 5 new Key Clubs
c. Add 5 new Builders Clubs
d. Add 10 new K-Kids Clubs

4. Convention Attendance
a. Kiwanis International Convention - Attendance goal of 300+ K-T Members
b. K-T District Convention - Attendance goal of 400+ K-T Members

5. Education

a. Conduct at least12 Club Leadership Education Conferences
b. Conduct one Lieutenant Governor-Designate Operations Education Conference
c. Conduct at least one Key Leader Event
d. Certify/Re-certify at least 10 Club Leadership Education Instructors

Kiwanis Motto- Overall Kiwanis Goal:

On July 4, 2005 at the 90th Kiwanis International Convention in Honolulu, Hawaii the House of Delegates adopted a new Kiwanis motto:
