James McCarty, the 2008-2009 Lt. Governor for Division 9, congratulates Bob Lilly (left), the incoming president of the Kiwanis Club of Richmond and Victoria Adams (right), the incoming president of the Kiwanis Club of Irvine-Ravenna. Lt. Governor McCarty installed all of the new officers and directors of the boards of two clubs in Division 9 at a joint installation meeting on October 16.

Glen Kleine, the 2003-2004 Lt. Governor for Division 9 and 2008-2009 Governor-Elect of the Kentucky-Tennessee District of Kiwanis International, encouraged the clubs at their joint installation meeting to concentrate on developing membership as a way of not only strengthening their organizations but also by providing more service to their communities.

Becky A. Werner, the 2006-2007 Lt. Governor for Division 9, poses with Kevin Zachary, the Lt. Governor-elect who will serve in 2007-2008. Becky is the former president of the Kiwanis Club of Irvine-Ravenna and Kevin is the current president of the Kiwanis Club of Beattyville. Kevin was elected at the January 30, 2007 Division 9 Council meeting which honored Kentucky-Tennessee Governor Alcide L. Porell.

Danny Castle, the 2004-2005 Lt. Governor for Division 9 is presented the Lt. Governor's Home Banner by Dr. Glen Kleine, the 2003-2004 Lt. Governor for Division 9 when he visited the Kiwanis club of Richmond. The Lt. Governor's Home Banner is displayed at the home club of the Lt. Governor during his/her term of office.
