K-T Kiwanis District Foundation Cruise

Governor Wayne Sullivan, Past Governor Ken Clawson, District Secretary - Treasurer Fran Marion, Administrative Secretary Carolyn Blair, Kiwanians Roger Blair and David Olinger, family members and guests arrived back safely on November 1 from a seven day cruise aboard one of Carnival Cruise Lines' Fun Ships, The Glory, in its inaugural season.

The cruise was to the Western Caribbean with stops in Key West, Belize City, Belize in Central America and Cozumel and Progreso/Merida, Mexico.

There were a couple of "Fun Days" at sea and there are rumors that Governor Wayne, in keeping with his year of F-U-N, was really having a good time! Reports which cannot be confirmed, but which are not being denied, abound that Governor Wayne is willing to purchase incriminating photos at any price !!

This was a fund-raiser for the District Foundation and approximately $1800 was raised. The Foundation hopes to repeat this next year with a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean and if 50 cabins can be sold, Carnival will match funds and over $8000 can be raised!
