The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m. by Governor Asa O. Bishop, Jr.
After some discussion about the Policy and Procedure Manual, Paul Thornton moved that we put page numbers, an index, make the changes noted, and approve the Policy and Procedure Manual. Past Governor Eddie Callis stated that we will need to update this document each year. Darrell Drinkall seconded the motion. Motion approved.
The Key Club Budget for 2003-04 and the Circle K Budget for
2003-04 were approved. Meeting was adjourned.
