The division will qualify for a Governor's Citation, Outstanding Leadership, Outstanding Performance or Honorable Mention based on the collective performance of the clubs in the division.
Distinguished Division Awards:
If 50% of the clubs in the division achieve distinguished, the lieutenant governor will be awarded the Governor's Citation.
If 40% of the clubs in the division achieve distinguished, the lieutenant governor will be awarded the Outstanding Leadership Citation.
If 35% of the clubs in the division achieve distinguished, the lieutenant governor will be awarded the Outstanding Performance Citation.
If 25% of the clubs in the division achieve distinguished, the lieutenant governor will be awarded the Honorable Mention Citation.
If the division is distinguished at any level, and the lieutenant governor qualifies for the Distinguished Member Award, the lieutenant governor will receive a Distinguished Lieutenant Governor lapel pin.
