Each year Kiwanis clubs are requested to complete an annual club report to share their accomplishments with Kiwanis International. Answering the questions will help KI better serve clubs and members, strengthen the Kiwanis brand, and improve the capacity to provide critical resources and tools for clubs. All clubs that submit the report will be considered for the annual Achievement Awards (distinguished club award).
Clubs may access the annual club report at www.kiwanisone.org/annualclubreport. The online report includes the ability to:
edit as much as necessary prior to hitting submit button
print a copy of the completed report
save a copy for club records
email report to others after submission
receive an electronic delivery receipt from Kiwanis International
Kiwanis clubs using the KiwanisOne portal will have their annual club report information automatically compiled for them. These clubs are asked to complete a review of their information, as well as answer a few additional questions.
Annual dues billings begin with the start of the administrative year, October 1, 2007. As a result, the annual dues billing schedule for the 2007-08 year coincides with the following dates:
Group #
Club Anniversary Date
Date Member Roster Sent to Club
Membership Cut-off Date
Date Roster Due from Club
Payment Due Within 30 Days
For example, if a club's anniversary date is May 19, the club would be in Group 3. As a result, Kiwanis International would mail the membership roster around February 1, 2008. Within 30 days the club would verify and or/correct the roster and return it to Kiwanis International. Kiwanis International would update its membership database and send you a dues invoice which is due within 30 days.
The club will be able to collect dues from its members as normal maintaining the funds in the club treasury until payment is due.
