Jessica represented the district because the newly elected Governor Michelle "Chelle" Hatmaker, is currently an exchange student in Sweden. During GATC Jessica and Dr. Glen Kleine, the Kentucky-Tennessee District Administrator, held a three-way planning session, via the internet, between Indianapolis and Sweden. Since the listing sent out by Circle K International lists Governor Chelle as the contact person, governors and administrators from other districts who attended GATC 2006 may wish to contact Jessica. You may note on this same page that Jessica is the sister of Jamie Ketron, the Kentucky-Tennessee District Assistant Administrator for Finance. Jamie is a former Circle K Governor of the Kentucky-Tennessee District of Circle K who currently also serves as president of her local Kiwanis Club.
