Each club IN GOOD STANDING is allowed two (2) delegates to represent their club in voting at the convention. These delegates must be voted on by the club. Their names should be listed below with the President and Secretary's signatures. This must be received by James Hobbs no later than January 22, 2007 or can be completed at District Convention.
