My wife, Yvonne, and I thank all K-T District Kiwanians for the AWESOME memories you helped create in our lives during the 2006-2007 administrative year. We are so very proud of the things we accomplished together during this short time. Your dedication to the values promulgated in the Kiwanis defining statement was evident to us as we travelled the 18,000 miles and 80 road days to all corners of the Kentucky-Tennessee District. We thank you for being great hosts as we visited your divisions and clubs. We thank you for all the hard work that you've done by sharing your time, talents, and treasures with the children and communities of your service areas. We thank you for supporting and believing in the dreams from which we set our goals in October 2006. We especially thank you, once again, for your kindness and friendships that we experienced throughout the K-T District.
Now we bid you farewell and welcome our new Governor, David Olinger, and First Lady, Betty. Let us commit to believing in their dreams and support their initiatives during the 2007-2008 administrative year.
I continue to believe that "We Are Awesome!" Let us rededicate our future efforts to membership growth by serving aggressively and recruiting continually.
